I’m getting ready for next year (my 2nd season). I am trying to make things as efficient as possible since I work full time and have toddlers. I plan to boil in the evenings on my back porch. So heres my cooktop from someone’s kitchen remodel with 2 steam table pans. I just tested it and got 2” of water boiling after 20 minutes.
What else could I improve on it?
-I’ll change that power cord so it has a drip loop.
-if my gas supply allows, I will use a turkey fryer to preheat if the middle burner can’t keep up.
Any other ideas?
