Guys
I am expanding my 1 acre to a 2 acre sugarbush next year, thinking 3/16" laterals with 5/16" mainline. About 50-60 taps.
Does anyone have pictures of their Shurflo 4008 pump setup? Also I have AC power available so how are you guys converting?
This is the one I am thinking of getting:

My pump setup. Sorry I don't have any inside of the tote. I used a controller from Member Biz
Check out this thread for some pictures of Shurflo setups.

For that pump a 10 amp 12 volt power source will work well. Thats what I use. You can usually find them for $20 on amazon

Im trying to upload a video on how I hooked up a 12 volt with a CPU power supply to convert 110v. My tote set up is 1/2” line with cam locks I made a mainline manifold with DSD saddles. I have 4 3/16” laterals coming in.

Also on a set of controllers from member BIZ! Best investment ever btw! Our setup was a 4048 shurflo with 160 taps on each. 20 taps on each line with a valve for quick leak detection. Our setup has 25 ft of drop on 3/16s lines and ran at 27 inches hg at the top of the runs. Averaged 20 inches at the pump so may have had to many taps to be 100 percent effective. No complaints here though with sap output. Also on AC power ran to a battery charger set on low and connected to the battery.
