well we had somewhat of a flood today and im cocerned about the trees drowning is this possible? the hole woods is under 3 inches of water and i dont think it is to good for the trees

The trees will be fine. I have a flood every couple years, plus feet of snow, plus -15 temperatures etc.. The trees are a lot tougher than we are!

yeah we have 4 or so inches covering the drive way and about a inch of rain under my wood pile (i have my wood on skids) and just hoping it doesnt rise up anymore

You only need to worry when you smoother the roots w/ water for weeks on end. a few days wont hurt
You could stir in some sugar to increase the %
Pls note ONLY 100 days till snowmobile season starts
200 days till sap starts to run

Those trees can stand a lot more water than you can and for a greater length of time. They are survivors.

Red maples thrive in wet areas where trees won't even grow. I wouldn't worry about them especially if they are reds.
It's still motorcycle season here, don't rush things.
