Just a fun video i put together of making Maple Syrup this 2018 season, have a look, everything but the pans are homemade, including a Shurflo vacuum pump. AUF arch.

Very nice Its all so peaceful right down to the music. I'm afraid my background music would sound like the bombing of Baghdad.

I really enjoyed the video - now I wish syrup season wasn't over! Congrats on such a productive season. You've got a great setup.

Nice!
I agree it brings the romantic component of sugaring back and I already miss the season!

Thanks for the video. Would like to see more how the shuffle is set up and works. I think I need to use one next year.

That's really nice - both content and production. Is that iMovie?

Tell me about that sap flow meter (I'm assuming that's what that was) you turned on as you filled your pans.

Very well done. Every thing looked top notch. I think it will inspire others.

Thanks everyone, it was very fun to make and lets me enjoy my season even after it is over.

SeanD, let me know what you want to know about the flow meter.

bawplank - not sure what you mean by how the "shuffle" is set up

I'm thinking shuffle is an auto correct for shurflo.

Mostly the make and model - and I guess how it does with the relatively slow flow rate during your boil.

Thanks

Very nice video. Well presented.

Love your operation too.

I'm with SeanD and would like product information on the flow meter. It's a great idea, I didn't think that one was available for low pressure.
