Anybody have a newer built evaporator from them? Looking into a new 2 x 6 Their price is good, and their product looks good. Not super fancy like some, But they do full polished Stainless now. Going to the open houses this week, but I don't think I can beat their deal.

If your talking about Dave Y. Then I do have pans from him. Custom built to my specs, for our 3 x 10 arch, and to fit the steam-away. I really like them and they work well. No frills, solid welded pans. Good luck in your search. Lots of good maple products out there.
