I would like to congratulate a fellow mapletrader and son of a mapletrader for there best of class in medium amber and grade B syrup at Addison County Field Days

In the Medium Amber class Ryan or known as " Breezy Lane Sugarworks" won the class. What did I tell you Ryan last sugaring? Well I was 1 for 2 Royalmaple can tell you what that means.

In the Grade B syrup Maplewrks son Dwight won the grade B class by just grabbing some of his parents syrup out of the Fridge, Mike can tell you the rest of that story. Mike needs to let Dwight select the syrup to enter more often as I think he has picked up on this flavor thing when he is hauling sap.

Great job Ryan!! Its great to have a chance and see how your syrup reall compares to others. I screwed up this year and didn't have any to send to the fairs. I am hoping to have some to put in the Maple festival next year. Keep up the good work!!

Congratulations Ryan and Dwight. I think Matt would have done better if he wasn't up against "The Syrup Bandit" and the biased judges.

COWABUNGA---There is no Bias judge's up there in Maine!!! Just that they cannot see the color right after sipping some of the Captain's spiked syrup...Or maybe you need to know the inside of the program so to say...

They make the "laws" as they go....
