Take 1 1/2 cups syrup add 1/4 cup prepared horseradish, 1-2 jalapenos to taste. boil all for 10 min, pour half over pork chops reserve some for dipping and use the rest for glazing on the grill. Batch is enough for 8 chops, use bone in chops for best flavor.
