Drain setup suggestions

Can you share how you set up your sink drain? Is it running into a septic system, drywall, on the ground neighbors septic?
I bought a used 36" to get me out of the kitchen. I want to get a 6gal hot water heater and a supply tank. Appreciate any ideas.

How are grey water laws in NY? for just a sink a 55+ gallon perforated tank buried below frost line in crushed rock should handle your needs. 7.62mm hole size work well if you need to do the perforating.
