Partially frozen sap

So I have 10+ gallons of ice chunks I’ve strained from liquid sap. Do I just throw this out? Or is it worth the effort to boil it down?

The ice does contain sugar, I forgot how much it was though. In my opinion it is not worth it unless you have RO.

Keep draining the liquid off the ice until the ice is more slushy than hard ice. By then most of the sugar will have been released.
