Well it's that time of the month again it happens every year. My wife says "George you are suffering from PMS" that's right! PMS, POST MAPLE SYDROME !!!! Only 11 months till we tap again! :lol:

There are a few remedies. I keep a lst of any changes I hope to make before next season, and starting on that list now, before garden season, will ease your mind. The other remedy is firewood of course.
