My love letter to making maple syrup in Maine

When your homebrewing hobby makes a baby in the Maine countryside. This is my love letter to a beloved time of year on the last day of the 2018 season- a 50 gallon run on Maine Maple Sunday. Made approximately 8 gallons of syrup over a month with 28 taps.

What a wonderful tribute. I loved it watching it. It makes me glad that I'm just starting my sugaring season.
