This is his little setup for 2018. It's enough sap from 3 trees to keep him busy most days. I got him a Kindle and he watches you tube while he boils. He needed something to do. So incredibly boring sitting here all winter. Snow is mostly gone from front yard. We're watching the trees. A day by day approach as the weather is warming. Over 2 gallons light made. Still have our stash from the farm. Hidden. Our special hoard. Glad that final year we bottled so much. Making plans for a big garden,amending the flower garden soil,filling in low areas,planting some apple trees. A small backyard pond. Working on turning this into my village homestead. 18359
