Have a 2x6 made by CDL and this is my 12 season on it.the front broke in the upper right corner all the way through the top 3-25..one of the bi fold doors has been warped for a few year's now ..looking for ideas on replacement or has some one made their own or had one made...I am hoping to cook the rest of the year as is maybe...

This is not unusual on several of the cast fronts. Seen where people have used a large pipe clamp across the front of the arch to keep things intact for both the short term and for the longer. Also have seen where people have drilled either side of the crack and bolted a piece of steel either inside or outside the face to keep the integrity of the front and arch in place.

After the season it might be time to consider an air tight front.

When the front on mine cracked like that I held it together with a pipe clamp. It worked okay for a few seasons that way but then got to the point where I couldn't open the doors when it was hot. I had "Bill" W F Mason build me a new arch to fit my pans that is air tight and has AOF and AUF.
