Syrup pan washer problems

I bought a brand new pan washer from D&G, only have used it 3 times and the sprinkler heads have basically disintegrated. Using 3/4 gal of acid (myster pan) with about 20 gallons of water. Anyone else run into this?

I have a Lapierre washer but all I ever used is permeate.
