Wrong place for this question but asking anyway

Sometimes when I'm reading posts, the original is at the beginning of the thread and sometimes at the end. How do I make it to be at the beginning?

Old and just not savvy.

I had the exact same question and was annoyed by it for a while. Eventually I figured out that if you are not logged in the original post comes up first. If you sign in (to respond to a post) suddenly everything changes and the most recent post comes up first.

If you sign in and look under the "forum actions" tab you'll find "general settings." Within that menu is "thread display mode" and you can customize the order in which the postings appear.
