I am debating buying a supreme pan and one of the things I am wondering is when the over night lows are predicted to be really cold I have always drained my pain for fear of it freezing and splitting. But it would appear that pans with drop flues would be hard to do that? Is it an issue or am I over thinking this?

Most all flue pans have drains, not sure how much of a pita the drops are tho.

Yes most have drains for the flues. If thats what you want look for one that has that feature. Well worth the money. The drain would come through the side of the arch.

If you're looking at hobby sized evaperators I haven't seen any with a flue drain. I just tilt the pan and siphon out the flues. Not too big a deal.

I would not buy a pan that did not have a flue drain!
