new RO this year, the thing works absolutely awesome, it will shut down on high temp for a wash cycle, but not when it runs out of sap/permeate, we have replaced the pressure switch, and the timer switch, has anyone run into anything like this, i am thinking it may be a wiring issue?

Contact H20, they were fast to respond and very helpful to another member here when he had a problem with his RO.

Did they fix your problem? Please share your RO performance, looking at this brand of RO. Thanks

I have an econox 3 membrane machine that I used for the first time in 2018. Nothing but praise for the machine. Over 1000 gallons per hour going from 2% to 19 or 20%. Hour after hour with no decline in throughput.

H20 has been great, they sent me a new timer, and a new pressure switch, neither fixed the problem, but I opted to run the RO as it was, u just had to be around when sap/permeate got low, they actually came and picked up the whole RO a few days ago. That machine is a beast, I was going to 10-11 % in one pass at about 450 psi, and it was running right around 550 GPH, on heavy days I was recirculating to15%, and it never slowed, or passed any sugar, I can say nothing but good about the machine, yeah there was a problem with the low pressure shut off, but they are making it right, we are adding another vessel for next year and I have no doubt that it will do 900 gph at 15%, anyone that saw it run was nothing short of impressed!

We got our RO back from H20, the problem ended up being a wire that was holding on by 1 strand, not making a good connection, I was glad to hear it was a simple fix!

Glad to hear it. They have a good reputation here. Thanks for the update. Now to get ready for next year.
