Storing Sap

OK, I have not been able to keep up with the sap flow, finally caught up yesterday. I heard from the family and apparently I should go home for a few days. I was hoping to gather today and store in the camp to come back and start boiling again on Wednesday. Based on the images below both Celsius and Fahrenheit, do you think this is a good idea?1807518076

I think you'll be okay, especially if you can store it sheltered from the sun.

Keep it in the shade and those temperatures don't look like much of a problem. If you've got any snow lying around, it makes a great refrigerator too. What are you storing in?
