I cleaned my IBC tank out, and rinsed it many times, however, I still smell a fait odor of bleach, is that ok?

Just leave it open and it will gas off. Chlorine is very unstable and give it some air and time and you'll be fine. Usually 24 hours will do it unless you used scented then you have a problem.

Nope, not scented, but I can still smell it. It is in my shed, been almost a week now.

I would guess you are ok. I think any small amount that ends up in your sap will simply cook off and be unnoticable. There are ways to neutralize chlorine, but I have no clue if they would be food safe, the only one that may be would be is charcoal. Maybe Dr, Perkins could weigh in on this. I use bleach to disinfect my tanks before every season and I triple rinse then use them, I don't even check for smell. I have never had an issue.

Drag it outside and let it sit (open) for a couple of days. Most likely you have some residual fluid left due to the inability to completely drain this style of tank.

It is bone dry inside, I,havr tipped and rolled it, as well,as used compressed air in the corners to verify.

Put it outside on a sunny day, drain and top open, and hit it with a hose to clean off any residue and air out.
