I picked up a 6 to 1 manifold to try out a sureflow on a 100 tap section of woods on 6, 3/16 lines. I plan to plug the lines directly into the manifold of course. The outlet of the manifold into the pump is only 3/8" Do you think that this will be too restrictive on 100 taps.

The actual flow from 100 taps, even with a recirculation line in action, will be far lower than the rated flow of the pump. The 3/8 line will be fine.

I have 120 taps on 3/16 into shurflo manifold and it is still not close to maxing its capabilities

Thank You Guys. I have 350 + on a 1/2" gravity mainline with no flow issues, so I didnt think it would be a problem.

How do you bring your 3/16 lines into your main line? Do you use saddles or a manifold? I would like to revamp some of my 3/16 runs next year using 1/2 in main.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. The section Im hooking the sureflo to is not on mainline. I was just comparing the flow between 3/8 and 1/2 in. I have my 3 /16 connected to the gravity mainline with hose clamp style saddles from DSD. They work great.
