Air Under Fire. Works like the accelerator. Boil fast and use more wood

Air Over Fire. Helps reburn the gases above the fire for better efficiency.

AUF is simple and a great first step
AOF is a bit trickier and done wrong doesn’t help much. Done right helps a lot.
