What will you be using for a releaser or will you be using a vacuum tank. A releaser will handle high vacuum but a dairy vacuum tank wont.

I'm using a 3/4hp airable mini flood with a cooler kit on 520 taps with 1000' of 1" wet/dry and about 1500' of 3/4" mainline. Its hooked to the small double vertical releaser from BHR which i definitely would not recommend. A small single vertical made by anyone else would be a better option I would think. Not sure what your budget is but the pump with the cooler is just over $3000 and the releaser just under $1000. The pump without the cooler is like $2300, and the way the cooler is set up on mine, i definitely wouldn't spend $1000 to have them add it on again. I would do it myself. Maybe they are set up differently now.

If your are looking for a used pump look for a Surge SP22. I have been punishing mine for a few seasons now and maintain 26" of vacuum on 700+ taps with a whole lot more mainline than you're planning to run. I have a Lapierre horizontal mechanical releaser which I highly recommend.
