Maybe next project for summer. Still working the kinks out. I.E. how to install a door from something like a barrel kit into brick. How to construct an ash pan/grate. Thinking making the firebox smaller... Like 14". Should be relatively inexpensive aside from the firebrick, which can be re-purposed after purchasing a steel welded arch. I know it would be nice having a real dedicated pre-heater. Pan being recessed should help retain heat as I boil outside in a three sided shack. Any thoughts?
