Still mulling it over... May try to tap tomorrow afternoon or Tuesday morning. Feel like there’s still lots of sap to come

I'm located in New Boston/Bedford. We tapped 50 taps on 2/11 using 3/16 gravity vacuum tubing. Its our first year tapping, but we are getting much higher than expected results. We did 120 gallons of sap last week and 256 gallons of sap this weekend. After looking at the weather this week it looks like another good run coming up.

100 tapped in Candia, running slow for me :( collected all of 75 gallons in 2 weeks. If anyone gets overloaded with sap I'll gladly come pick some up.

Wow, everyone sounds like they're doing great still. I tapped originally on 2/12 and got a plenty of sap (35 buckets) and have made plenty of syrup, but the buckets have been dry lately with these past few warm days. Wondering if the heat and the holes are healing and I should scout out some new trees for next weeks potential run or hold firm and hope for the best... Unsure.

Weather hasn’t been fantastic for me since the initial run - was too warm at night for a few days. Hoping the coming week is better

My trees finally woke up today after 3 days of nothing. Running pretty good right now even though my thermometer only said 30 at 630 this morning. I guess it was enough to kick start em back up.
