Collected about 150 gallons this week.
Had to put 2 plastic gallon milk jugs filled with frozen water into the sap tank on Wednesday to keep the sap cool. Temps were in the 70's. :o
Now down to almost freezing.
Lots of boiling to do tomorrow and Sunday.
