barrel arch with flat pan value?

Looking for some guidance on a barrel arch that just came up for sale locally. It is brand new with a 18x24" SS flat pan with a fitting for what may be a place to draw off from. The barrel is not bricked or insulated. What do you think is a good price for this? Thank you for your time.

By me they sell for around 600-800 which is a pretty crazy price considering if a guy can build one himself it would be a couple hundred.
