New arch suggestions

I am currently boiling on a 2x6 drop flue Leader pan. My dad bought it in the mid 80's and the arch is on its last leg literally. The cast in the fron above the door is split, today we noticed one of the two back legs are buckling and the back plate the stack sits on is pretty rough. As much as I would love to go pan shopping it is just not in the budget. However I think I need to look at a new arch. Are all arches created equal? Do I have to buy one from Leader to fit my pan? Thanks for any input.

I had W F Mason build an arch for my Algier pans. I gave him the dimensions and he built the arch for me.

If you want to boil efficiently go with something airtight with forced draft like the inferno.

I bought new pans and then built my arch. Features I wanted in mine were air tight, gasification, air cooled door, and full brick insulation. When I built mine I made it similar to the new styled high efficiency wood arches.

I have had arches built by WF Mason and most recently Smoky Lake.
Both were set up with forced draft. Either should work with your pan.
Both Bill at WF Mason and Jim at Smoky Lake were great to work with.
The Corsair arch from Smoky Lake is very well designed and efficient.
