Hoping I can get a little advice I'm starting a homemade ro build. I have a 1/3 hp motor and now a bad 125gph procon pump with 1/2"inlet and outlet. A prefilter capable of 140gph. I have to purchase a new procon pump and wonder do i want a 1/2"inlet and outlet or 3/8" also I'm lost at 2.5"x40"membrane or 4"x40"what kind and do I need to stay with 1/2" all the way thru all components. Or can it be necked down. Hoping to end up at best 60 gals an hour is this realistic? Any advice is very much appreciated.

My RO has 1/2" fittings (2 membranes at 4x40") and at 275 PSI and 37F sap I get 240-260 gal/hr.
