The Vermont maple Technology Expo will be held at the Champlain Valley Exposition in Essex Vermont on the dates of July 26,27, and 28th
This will be a valuable education for both the beginner and the seasoned pro as there will be many seminars over the three days with meals, and tours of some of the largest Vermont sugarmakers and small boiling seminars. Also there will be seminars on vacuum, R.O and on and on.
