im a hobbyist with two 24" wide pans, set end-to-end their total length about 6', with a 9' length of 6" flue on the back end. we set the pans on 2 courses of concrete blocks but i'm getting too old to stoop that low to add wood. and there are other design flaws as you veterans can imagine. (smoke leaks, uneven boil, slow boil, no airflow control, ash buildup, etc)

does anyone know where i can get plans for building an arch with blower that would be compatible with these pans? or a generic arch design that i can modify to fit. i have a complete workshop with access to welder and firebrick. thanks in advance. john in missouri

I know for sure that plans have been posted on here as I found them a while back, just use the search feature to dig them up. I believe Davy Jones is the name if I remember correctly
