[Deep well sap]

Something is chewing the corners of my sap bags, it is very tiny pinhole marks and in an area of my sugar bush 100 yards square just wondering if anybody has had this before or might know what’s doing it, or elimination methods

Rat traps screwed to the trees with peanut butter and ground up plastic. just kidding about the plastic. Some people put duct tape on the corners before they chew them.

We had some pin holes in ours last year. This year we put a strip of duct tape along the bottom edge folded in half. Don't know yet if it will help or even if it will stay on the bottom of the bags in weather.
