Best process for finishing

I have a Mason evaporator , cone filter tank and flat filter finish bottler . I like to draw off few degrees b4 syrup and refrigerate until taps stop flowing. What is the best sequence for final process. Was going from evaporator into cone filter tank then transfer to 7 gal pot on propane burner to syrup then into the flat filter finisher for bottling. Looking for more efficient process.

We have a new 2x6 evaporator this year and love that I can finish syrup on it. Why not wait to draw off your evap till it is syrup? That is probably the most effecient.

You don't give a lot of info on production total so whats efficient for someone with 25 taps is way different than someone with 1,000. Get in the habit of getting as close as possible and filtering and hot packing it and don't worry about refrigeration. Your sap wont turn to a moldy gooey mess in 30-45 days so relax. What sre you storing it in until final bottling.
