Best process for finishing

I have a Mason evaporator , cone filter tank and flat filter finish bottler . I like to draw off few degrees b4 syrup and refrigerate until taps stop flowing. What is the best sequence for final process. Was going from evaporator into cone filter tank then transfer to 7 gal pot on propane burner to syrup then into the flat filter finisher for bottling. Looking for more efficient process.

Evaporator to propane burner to get proper density, and filter then into bottler. When filtering between evaporator & burner you will still get niter that needs to be filtered out. Make sure you don't heat above 190 for bottling. Have a great season! Tappy
