My name is Neil, Been running maple on our farm in central Wisconsin for three years. I am simply amazed by all the ingenuity in this forum. it all started with one tap, my daughter thought it was simply amazing you can get something so yummy from a tree. We been hooked ever since.

Welcome. Our family started in maple with a few taps on 4 trees in our yard. The kids enjoyed it. Now I do it with none of them, but they do consume the syrup.
