Hey! So I’m looking to get a blower for my barrel arch this year. I was looking at a few different blowers and I’m wondering how many cfm would sufficient.

For air under fire almost any blower will do. If it is more powerful its important to have some sort of damper to control it

Any size from about 75 CFM on the low end on up, but even on the 75 CFM you might want an inlet damper to regulate, but might not need it. Then the bigger you go above that the more you want a damper. It is far easier on the blower and cheaper to use an inlet damper than a rheostat, just don't totally close it off. A simple flat piece of tin attached at one point by either a sheet metal screw or a pop rivet work good.
