Picked up some Genugel at the CDL store to help with making lollipops. We have used corn syrup in the past with mixed results......sometimes the lollipops will lose their hardness and get soft over time.
There were no directions on the small jar I bought....does anyone know how much we should be adding or what the ratio is? Any help appreciated.

Ahhhh.........think I answered my own question. The catalog says for maple lollipops and candy but this stuff is for jelly. Will pick up some glucose and see how that works.
