Going to purchase one but been back and forth on a single or double. I currently have 100 taps on around 900 ft of 3/4" Main Line with around 1700 feet of laterals. I do know you need to keep the system tight for maximum performance. The double pulls twice the cfm then the single. Is this a benefit if you have some minor leaks. I also read you want 1 cfm per 100 taps. Looking for some thoughts if it's worth the extra money to go to a double. Not planning on much expansion over the next few years.

I had a single guzzler 500 on 450 taps with 1000' of 1" mainline and 3,000' of 5/16 lateralsystem, about 7000' of 3/16 laterals, pulled 25-26" . One leak and it would drop to 10'. I would think a single would be more than adequate for you.

Concord Maple, I have a single guzzler 500 w/ 110 VAC motor bought directly from Bosworth 3 years ago I would be willing to sell for $500 + shipping. Comes with one new rebuild kit (diaphragm and valves). We are going to Vac pump and Releaser setup. We ran it on ~200 taps with 600 feet 1" Main Line and would do 20+ depending on flow and any leaks we had.

Are you able to send me or post some pictures of it? Thanks.

For anyone running a Honda 5.5 hp motor on a double diaphragm pump, what is your run time on a full tank of gas?
