Hey does anyone have a 2x10 Vortex with max flue pan and no steam away, thinking of getting one. What kind of evaporation rate could I expect?

Probably not a lot of help, but I have a 30" x 12' vortex max raised flue pan revolution syrup (8'+4' split) I can average 175 thru put / hour and I usually run 8% sap after R/O. I have had it for 5 years and have been very happy. With real good dry hardwood we can go faster 200 to 225. That is running wood that is split 3"to 5" round firing every 5 to 6 minutes.
