Well,if he didn't, they're certainly wasting a lot of time looking into the matter. I live just around the corner from the Cabot facility, and they had a sheriff parked in front of the place for well over a month. Rumor has it (and this is rumor only, as I have no direct source) that the culprit made threats on the whistleblowers life. In any event, with that white cruiser parked right in the village for that long, the select board hasn't dipped into the budget for speed limit enforcement in a while.

Apparently he was ordering parts for him, the vfds and such, and billing under Cabot....I actually have 2 pumps he built!!!!
