How big of a cold storage room dose one need to store potentially 1,000 to 2,000 gallons of syrup mainly in SS barrels along with some glass and plastic bottles?

It depends on wether or not you have the ability to stack your drums. Also, the drum size you use effects the amount of floor space and number of drums you will need.
