How is everyone applying labels to bottles so they are straight and presentable. I've found a few applicators online but am not too excited about spending a couple $100. My labels are on rolls and found a design to make an applicator just curious to see what everything was doing.

Right! Who would have thought a relatively simplistic machine would be so costly!

I do my best by hand. I call it character if it isn't perfectly straight

I also put mine on by hand. I had my labels made in an oval shape which seems to make them not show the off level application quite as much.

I got mine thru www.syruplabels.com They will work with you on a design. They use an adhesive that works good on both cold and hot containers.

I leave the labeling to my wife, that way she won't criticize how I do it and I know better than criticize her work!!!

Same as maple flats. Very pleased with what I got from syruplabels and also went with ovals. I've seen a few that weren't perfect but not horrible
