what are people using for high pressure blowers for setting up a gasification setup?

Anything designated as a high pressure blower will work. On the more economical side I have heard of bounce house blowers and hot tub blowers working. Might be a good place to start

A lot of residential wood fired boilers and hot air furnaces are equipped with blowers and you can find most online to purchase, independent of the stove. Will depend on the cfm you are looking for.

The bounce house blowers are cheap and work well for AOF. Mine is a 1 HP Koala, looks like a green and yellow toy, and outperforms my old Dayton industrial blower. You can find them on eBay or Amazon:

Most of these are "squirrel cage" blowers. Low pressure. Fine for air under fire. Air over fire needs i higher pressure blower "radial blower" such as John's bounce house blower.
