This list grew rather quickly this year.
1st I need a set of good pans. was expecting 10gph for my home made evap, and only got 6 at best.
2nd better transporting tanks. the totes didn't work the best bringing it home. I use my Montana and the totes weren't cutting it. going with a traile and barrels.
3rd. find a better way to get it out of the bush. hauling it in buckets was hard on the back.
4th. Better filtering process, if i stay with glass.
5th a bigger building to work in. The tin shed worked but was a little to small.
6th Lids for the bucket's, so I don't dump any sap after it rains.
This is the must fixes for next season.
