Perfect that's fine, And finally to set it straight after good thought, the reason why sustainable is included in organic syrup is because maple industry wants a part of the organic market, and sustainable methods are the only distinguing factor that they can come up with to differentiate organic syrup from non organic cause as we all know it tastes the same and no one uses fertilizer or pesticides on maple trees......... leaving true organic principal in the wind.

I agree. No problem with debate. Seemed like by the 4th post the name calling already began. I'm surprised the thread made it 6 pages.
