Is there a good YouTube video on making rock candy using only maple syrup?

I guess there aren't any videos out there using pure maple syrup. I have watched several videos about making rock candy using regular white sugar so I have the general idea of the process. But can anyone tell me what temperature I should bring the maple syrup to in order to form nice, large crystals? I have certainly made crystals in my syrup jars by mistake--going closer to the cold line than the hot line, using my hydrometer. What's the ideal temp or brix for making maple rock candy?
