Hey fellow Canadians. If you are out this evening, look up. If there is a clear sky you will be boiling under the glow of the Northern Lights tonight. It doesn't get more Canadian that that eh? An early spring night at its absolute sugary best.

Not tonight just cought up today thank god. Going to leave what's in the pan from what I boiled today and finish it with this afternoons drippings. Everything was dripping a bit once the ol sun popped out.
