Sap tank bubbler

So with the cold weather this spring we have been having a hard time keeping out head tank from freezing while we boil, and out bulk tank over night. I was thinking about a dock bubbler or a pump of some kind to keep it moving. Both tanks are outside. Has anyone had this problem and found a fix?

We try to get all out sap boiled the day we collect. But I bet a small submersible pump recirculating back into the tank would work. Moving sap/water takes longer to freeze.

I don't leave concentrate in my head tank. I have occasionally but rarely left sap in a sap tank. Sometimes it freezes other times it just forms a crust of ice and the rest stays liquid. then it helps cool the next load.
