I had brought my buckets (1-gallon water jugs) in (for a good cleaning) during the 8-day deep freeze. When I went out yesterday late afternoon to check my bucketless taps I was surprised to see sapsicles hanging from most of them, since it was only 31°.16099
Slogged thru the knee-deep snow this morning to re-hang everything and as of late afternoon (40°) there is sap in most, some even 1/3 full. Looking up for the next few days, if the buds stay tight!
