Hey folks. I have buckets and barrels of sap that started to freeze two days after the run. Here in upstate New York it's been below freezing since the 10th. Tested one barrel and it's at 3 %. Clear as water. Your thoughts.

Emptied all the sap from buckets and barrels, left ice in them and took the sap. It measured between 4 and 4.5 boiled it down it was great. Tough getting to the trees with all the snow. The struggle worth it.
