495 gals on 230 taps. Hope we get another good run later this week. Could be a banner year if we do, just got to get past the next couple days. Hang in there everyone and good luck!

Still too cold up here. Didn't start flowing until around 2 PM.

Caught up on the sap that we had, was turning cloudy. Boiled 35 gallons off in five hours and collected 40 fresh.
I confess I am getting tired. :) We are sitting at 417 total I only shoot for 500 total.

You did really well Ivy, I'm really wishing we had more taps on tubing with vacuum, almost all of my buckets were overflowing and I spilled a fair amount trying to pour them into the collection tank. We ended up with around 375 gallons on our 250 taps. Lets hope this keeps up!!

Joel,
When are you boiling again? You did really well with your taps also. I hope we get one more good run at the end of the week, because I think it is winding down. I want to bring someone over to show them your nice outfit.
Thanks!

Likewise in NE GR. Collected 50 gallons off 80 taps Sunday evening then 125 gallons Monday evening. It's still running. This morning some buckets are half full or more. I'm betting on 50-100 gallons this evening. Forecast looks like some sporadic good flow weather over the next week or so. Having a hard time keeping up. Timing is terrible with nothing to boil on weekends when I have the time. All flow is during the week this season. My wife is boiling while I'm at work.

I'm still waiting on the deep cycle batteries. They are due on Thursday, just in time for the next #@$%^&$# cooldown.

got the call this morning, all 32 bags of mine are over flowing. Looks like I am going to "get sick" on lunch and go boil.

Yesterday we were about 300 and another 425 this morning. The sugar content is horrible however. Must be too much rain the last 6 months.

All my vessels were overflowing this morning and I came back to the house with 70 gallons. The eEvaporators are making steam and I'm probably going to be collecting again this evening. It's supposed to freeze back up tomorrow at 5 PM and then not thaw until next Tuesday. Friday is supposed to have a high of 16!

Just rounded up another 30 gallons tonight for a total of about 100 today. I'll collect a final time before the freezup tomorrow and after that is boiled, I'll have a few days off. Or maybe I'll get to the bottling of some of these batches.

Just pulled 71 ourselves today.
Running out of storage. Won't be able to boil tomorrow due to the winds we are expecting. Lost power once today due to winds. So Thursday will be my soonest boiling. I will be out of storage by then and holding about 150-170 gallons.

Tomorrow is cutting wood hauling wood and splitting wood. Got a couple dead ash down after these winds I can get to with some effort.
